ABOUT ME
I used to believe being chosen proved my worth.
For a long time, I thought I was a confident person. But relationships brought out a different side of me - one that overthought everything, compared herself constantly, and always worried she wasn't enough.
Somewhere along the way, I started believing that if someone chose me fully and wholeheartedly, it would finally prove my worth.
Understanding why that felt so true for me changed everything.

"It's not just about who you're with. It's about how you treat yourself inside the relationship."
MY STORY
What I didn’t understand then…
Even though I made sure my world revolved around him... It was never really about him.
It was about what being chosen represented to me - genuine safety, worth and validation... All proof that I was enough.
Without realising it, I had tied my sense of value to someone else's actions, or lack of... And so when their consistency began to lessen, I could feel myself starting to unravel.
The more on edge I noticed I felt, the more I clung.
And the more I clung, the smaller I became...
Until eventually, I barely recognised myself.
MY SHIFT
Change wasn't instant
It wasn't a new partner, and it definitely wasn't a single self-help book.
It was doing the deeper work.
Understanding my attachment patterns.
Recognising the parts of me that feared abandonment.
Learning how to regulate my emotions instead of being consumed by them.
And developing standards rooted in self-respect rather than fear.
Slowly, I stopped living one tiny trigger away from falling apart.
It took time, but I learned to pause instead of panic, and speak up instead of shrinking away.
I was ready to walk away instead of clinging on.
And eventually, I began choosing differently - because I felt different.
More self-assured, and comfortable in who I was.

IS THIS YOU?
Who I Work With
Most of the women I work with are confident in so many areas of their life. They're capable, independent and self-aware...
But when it comes to relationships, something switches.
You might recognise yourself in this if you tend to overthink small changes, spiral after a disagreement, or find yourself comparing and questioning your worth.
- You feel successful on the outside but unfulfilled on the inside
- You're tired of living by someone else's definition of enough
- You know there's more to life but you're not sure how to access it
- You crave deeper connection - with yourself and the world around
- You're ready to feel self-assured no matter the circumstances
- You're willing to do the inner work, even when it's uncomfortable
THE TRANSFORMATION
What changes when you do this work
Clarity
You stop second-guessing yourself and start making decisions from a place of deep knowing.
Confidence
You show up in your life fully, not as who you think you should be, but as who you actually are.
Freedom
You release the patterns, beliefs and relationships that have been keeping you small.
Joy
You rediscover the simple, profound pleasure of being, rather than focused entirely and living life for someone else.
. . . Feeling more like yourself.

READY?
If You’re Here…
You probably already sense that something needs to change.
Not because you’re broken, or “too much.”
But because constantly living on edge in relationships is exhausting.
If you’re ready to stop losing yourself in love and start trusting yourself again...
You're in the right place.
